DHS has adopted and is using in commerce the E-Verify trademark (also referred to as the Mark). If you want to use the Mark, you must get written consent from DHS/USCIS. Anyone authorized to use the Mark must sign a license agreement with DHS. Use of the Mark in electronic Form I-9 systems is permitted, provided it is clear that the system is not endorsed by or affiliated with DHS or any of its components. You may use a disclaimer to reduce any perception of endorsement or affiliation.
