The purpose of this MOA is to outline the coordination and management of referrals' between USCIS Verification Division and ICE regarding the misuse, abuse or fraudulent use of the E-Verify Program and ICE requests to USCIS for Verification Information System (VIS) data with regard to ongoing ICE investigations.
