My E-Verify account has hiring sites located in the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, and Palau. Should I delete those hiring sites?

Yes. Any employer who has E-Verify designated hiring sites in the Federated States of Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, or Palau should remove those hiring sites from its E-Verify account as soon as possible. The employer’s E-Verify Program Administrator can do so from the E-Verify website, as described in the M-775, E-Verify User Manual for Employers, under “Add New Hiring Site(s),” which discusses making changes to hiring sites within an E-Verify account. Removing hiring sites from an E-Verify account does not require thirty days advance notice to USCIS.
