Must an employer who displays a poster in a foreign language provide all E-Verify communications in that language?

No. Employers are required to display the Notice of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work posters in both English and Spanish. They may choose to display the posters in other languages, but are not required to.

However, they must provide the Further Action Notice and the Referral Date Confirmation in English and in the appropriate language for an employee with limited English proficiency.
