This document summarizes the major findings and recommendations from a report authored by the Westat Corporation, dated December 2010 and entitled Arizona Mandatory E-Verify Experience Evaluation Findings.

This report describes the summary findings from the evaluation of the accuracy of E-Verify conducted in 2012. 

The report presents the results of a nationally representative survey of E-Verify users conducted in 2010 that collected data on employers’ opinions and experiences with using E-Verify.

The E-Verify Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) sets forth the responsibilities of E-Verify employers . The parties to this agreement are the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Employer. The purpose of this agreement is to set forth terms and conditions which the Employer will follow while participating in E-Verify.
