TPS Designation, EADs Extended for El Salvador

The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has extended the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for El Salvador for an additional 18 months, from March 10, 2015 through Sept. 9, 2016. The extension allows current TPS beneficiaries of El Salvador to re-register for TPS in accordance with the Federal Register notice. DHS has also automatically extended the validity of Employment Authorization Documents issued under the TPS designation of El Salvador for six months, through Sept. 9, 2015.
